I understand that the Rocky Mountain Triathlon Club (RMTC) as an organization and/or club members shall not be held responsible for injury occurring at club sponsored trainings or club participation race events. There are inherent dangers in multisport training and events which include, but are not limited to, falling, contact with others, conditions of road/trail surfaces, cold weather injuries, water hazards posed by boats and other swimmers, risks of cycling on roads with automobile traffic and other inherent risks associated with outdoor activities. Therefore, the Rocky Mountain Triathlon Club (RMTC) as an organization, its officers, directors, coaches and club members shall not be held responsible for any injury or damage occurring at club sponsored trainings, club participation race events or any other activity in which the RMTC is involved. I agree that I will be completely responsible for myself and any minor under 18 years of age whom I might bring or allow to participate in any club function. I further agree to indemnify RMTC and its officers, directors, coaches and club members for any damages or injury claimed by a third party due to actions, inactions, negligence or other events caused directly or indirectly by me or any minor under 18years of age whom I might bring or allow to participate in any club function.
